Espresso 311

Lovers of the dark roast Seattle-style espresso will adore this espresso. This espresso is one where the green beans are pre-blended and then roasted together. The silhouette of the flavors created using this method, makes this espresso blend work well as either as a straight espresso or the basis for milk based espresso drinks. Again, this espresso blend for those who prefer a dark roast/Seattle style espresso.

Espresso 411

Looking for a traditional medium roasted Italian espresso. Each of the four beans used in this espresso are roasted and then post-blended. While the flavor profile is very much along the lines of a traditional Italian espresso, this espresso has the capacity to “stand-up” in milk based espresso drinks. True traditional Italian espressos were used as the models for creating this espresso. Customers have found this espresso works very well in home espresso units.

Espresso 611 (Organic)

A wonderful espresso blend comprised of attributes of the Seattle based dark roasted espresso and the traditional medium roasted Italian espresso. While it uses the different beans used in both Espresso 311 and 411, this unique blend was designed around the organic coffees we offer. Each coffee is roasted

This blend is very much like Espresso 311 in its taste profile, though not quite as dark when it is ground – but, in this blend like Espresso 311 the green beans are pre-blended green
