The goal of Columbia Street Roastery, (CSR), is to produce the very best coffee or tea in the Midwest that we can roast or blend. In reality, this statement is no different than what many roasters say, but for those who work at CSR our goal is to be much more than words on a web site or a piece of paper. We want our customers to truly enjoy our products on a daily basis, and use the quality of our products as a basis to judge other products in this industry.
Our Commitment
The Cup for Education Foundation has been established to provide education resources for the people of coffee growing countries. The Columbia Street Roastery is fully behind the foundation and pledges to contribute 5% of all sales to the Foundation. Here in the Champaign-Urbana area the Carle Foundation Hospital is establishing the Linda Mills Breast Cancer Research Center. The center will concentrate on the prevention and cure of breast cancer.
