There are 4 levels of apartments at Golfview Village that you can choose from: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum:
- Bronze: Central air conditioning, tile floors, mini-blinds throughout, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cable TV hook-ups, washer and dryer hook-ups.
- Silver: The above, plus wall-to-wall carpeting in the living room, dining room and on the stairs!
- Gold: The "Bronze" features and carpeting throughout, ceiling fan with light in the dining room.
- Platinum: All townhome interiors are fully remodeled as of January 1, 2013; all new appliances including washer and dryer. New hardwood-like flooring throughout the first floor with exception of the living room. New carpeting in the bedrooms. New cabinetry and countertops in the kitchen and new cabinetry in the bathrooms; new kitchen and bathroom fixtures. New ceiling fans, light fixtures and bathroom surround.
