All pets must be reported to Golfview Village and approved by Golfview Village. There is a pet deposit of $50.00 per pet (larger pets may require an additional deposit). No more than 2 pets may be kept in the apartment. Guard dogs (such as pit bulls, rotweilers, German Shepherds, and dobermans), poisonous snakes, and other types of pets which might be considered dangerous to other residents are not permitted at Golfview Village.
Pets may be allowed in partially or fully carpeted townhomes in special cases with prior written management approval only. If an exception is made, the pet deposit will increase to $100 per pet. Pets are allowed in "Good" townhomes (tile floors throughout) only.
