...is a locally owned, independent microbrewery located in Savoy, Illinois.

In 2013, we started the brewery to explore the convergence of beer with community.

We live for the exploration of emerging beer styles and trends but we enjoy a good twist on tradition too.

Each year, this obsession with innovation leads us to brew hundreds of different beers to share with you but only a few will ever return.

We brew for the initiated in hopes that more will join our cause for flavorful, tasty, and artfully crafted beer.

The Triptych Tap Room

...is a simple affair focused on presenting our beers.

We don't offer any food in the tap room aside from light prepackaged snacks, however, you are welcome to bring food with you when you visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I bring my own food to the taproom?

  Absolutely! Since we do not offer our own food service at the brewery, customers are encouraged to bring in their own.

• Can I bring someone under the age of 21 to the taproom?

  Sure. Minors are allowed in the brewery as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

• Can I bring my dog to the taproom?

  Unfortunately dogs, unless they are documented service animals, are not allowed in the taproom per Champaign County health regulations. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are allowed on our patio though.

• Will you fill other breweries' growlers?

  Yes, we will fill any clean growler that has the government's alcohol warning on it. We just need to mark the growler with some tape to denote that the growler was filled at Triptych.

• Do you offer any alcohol other than beer at the brewery?

  No, due to State of Illinois liquor laws, we are not permitted to serve anything other than our own beer at the tasting room. But there are numerous restaurants and bars that offer our beer alongside wine and cocktails.

Pretty Nice Little Saturday

Midwest Lager (4.9 % ABV)

This light lager exhibits a grainy, cracker-like aroma with a hint of spicy noble hops. The flavor is malty with a touch of sweetness and a balancing note of spicy hop bitterness. Soft malty impressions continue through the finish.

Dirty Hippy

English Brown (5.3 % ABV)

Winner of a Silver 2014 World Beer Cup Medal, this easy drinking English Brown Ale features a complex toasty, malty aroma with hints of toffee and dark fruit. The smooth malt flavor finishes with a touch of sweetness and roasty bitterness.

Dank Meme

Eastcoast IPA (5 % ABV)

Brewed as a love letter to the trendsetters out on the east coast, Dank Meme is golden colored pale ale, 45 IBUs and 5% alcohol by volume. This beer is me not caring about clarity or aesthetics, in fact not a single fining was given to this beer. We hopped this beer like a boss, Azacca, El Dorado and plenty of Citra in the finish are sure to make you say, 'O rly? Me Gusta!'

Really Dank Meme

Eastcoast IPA (7 % ABV)

Really Dank Meme is an American IPA made with Oats, Wheat, Caramalt and hops. Brewed using the same unabashed irreverence that we use in Dank Meme, but louder and zestier! Hiding beneath a fluffy white head, tropical fruit and citrus dwell inside this hazy gold ale.

It's All Happening

American Blonde Ale (4 % ABV)

Brewed using a base of barley, wheat, and a touch of caramalt, we fermented this American Blonde ale with our Meme yeast. The result is a golden colored malty ale with fruity hints and a touch of balancing bitterness in the finish.

Here Be Dragons

Imperial IPA (9.4 % ABV)

In the map making days of old, a dragon or sea serpent was used to indicate a dangerous or unexplored territory. This extremely hoppy ale with resinous piney, citrus, and earthy notes finishing with a dry, lingering bitterness. At almost 10% alcohol, be careful, there are unexplored territories ahead

Dark Chocolate, Toasted Marshmallow.

Wine Barrel Aged Sour Blonde (8.1 % ABV)

Too Long; Didn't Read is a celebration of loquacious, evocative beer descriptions that none of us have the time to read. TL;DR is a strong Brettanomyces blonde ale full of spice, tropical fruit, and a hint of funk. We could write more about it, but let's be honest, you're not going to read it anyway!

Wake Up Neo

New England Imperial IPA (9 % ABV)

Wake up Neo, the Hazy IPA has you... follow the white rabbit on a journey through Citra and Mosaic! Dank fruit, hints of pine with a smooth fluffy finish.

Golden Oatie

Coffee, Vanilla, Cocoa Cream Ale (6.2 % ABV)

We took a smooth cream ale, added vanilla, coffee, and cocoa nibs for a light colored beer with a dark coffee flavor.

Any Day Now

Extra Pale Ale (5.7 % ABV)

Denali Hops, farm distilled hop oil, and a strangely familar malt bill combine to make this crossover beer.

Noble Curves, 1st Edition

Brettanomyces Farmhouse Ale (8.4 % ABV)

We used a well known Saison yeast blended with a well known Brettanomyces strain to produce this dry, effervescent Belgian inspired ale.

Fleeting: Amarillo

DDH Single Varietal IPA (7.2 % ABV)

A hazy, fluffy, double dry hopped, single hop varietal IPA. Featuring Amarillo hops on this batch!

Who Lives In A Pineapple Under The Meme?

Hazy Pineapple IPA (7.2 % ABV)

Really Dank Meme, but with changed up hops and over 650 pounds of Pineapple Puree. Just remember: You don’t need a license to drive a sandwich.

Sakrileg

Spiced Dunkelweizen (6.1 % ABV)

We took a traditionally inspired Dunkelweizen recipe of Wheat malt, Dark Munich malt, & Caramunich and pitched a German Weizen yeast. Then we committed the ultimate sin against the Reinheitsgebot; we added traditional pumpkin pie spices. The result was described by one of our brewers as, "A nice spiced loaf of bread that you would might have at Thanksgiving".
